How to measure?
- 1. Chest
- Put a flexible measuring tape across the broadest area of your chest. Keep the tape level and parallel to the ground.
- 2. Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape level and parallel to the ground.
- 3. Hips
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips. Keep the tape level and parallel to the ground.

What is powerlifting?

What is the IPF?
The International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) is an international governing body for the sport of powerlifting as recognized by the General Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF).
IPF is a drug-tested powerlifting federation that restricts the use of supportive equipment, such as knee sleeves and wrist wraps, to an approved list which is updated from time to time. Various Fortex products are on this list and may therefore be used during official competitions.
Are all Fortex products IPF Approved?
