Returns

An unwanted item can be returned to us within 30 days from when your order is delivered. For the item to be eligible for a return, it needs to be in the same condition as when you got it – unworn, unused, with all tags included, and if possible in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, please see our return policy.

Submit a return request

We cannot accept items sent back without a return request first. You can request a return from your account page by following these instructions:

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and if necessary add a note for us.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email from us with further shipping instructions. After the item is returned to us we will inspect the item and if it is undamaged, unused and with all labels in perfect condition, you will receive a refund.

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping, which means that you are responsible for the costs of sending your return back to our store in The Netherlands.
